The 10th Annual Open House will be held from 10am - 4pm at the Jefferson County Dog Shelter located at 21897 CR 190 (outer West Main Street) in Watertown. Shelter tours, refreshments, displays and more will be available. The Sheriff's Department will also be on hand for Kid Safe ID cards from 10am - 2pm with their special guest, K-9 dog.
